Delivery
Nurocore ships orders placed before 1 p.m. the same day, orders thereafter are shipped the following business day.
We ship to all of Denmark. Shipping prices from 35 DKK. Goods will be delivered to the delivery address specified when ordering.
Your items are shipped with DAO
NOTE: If there is no space at the delivery location, the package will be moved to the nearest delivery location, which you will be notified of. If there are any problems, please contact customer service.
Items are delivered every weekday. Your item will be delivered 1-3 business days after ordering.
Special delivery terms apply to certain items. The terms will be stated specifically prior to the purchase of these items.
Delivery with DAO
Delivery area
Delivery is made to private addresses, parcel shops and business addresses in Denmark via DAO's distribution network.
Shipments are shipped from our warehouse in Flensburg, Germany.
Delivery time
Expected delivery time is usually 1–3 business days, depending on destination and choice of delivery method.
Delivery times are approximate and may be affected by holidays, weather conditions and peak times.
Delivery methods
DAO offers the following delivery options:
DAO Home Delivery – delivery to a private address
DAO Parcel shop – delivery to selected parcel shop
DAO Business – delivery to business address
The choice of delivery method is made at check out.
Delivery without receipt (Flex delivery)
For home delivery, DAO can deliver without a physical receipt if the recipient has indicated this.
Delivery can be made to the front door, garage, carport or other designated location.
Note: In the case of delivery without a receipt, the risk passes to the recipient when the package is delivered.
Tracking
All shipments with DAO are delivered with track & trace, so the customer can follow the package throughout the delivery process.
Recipient responsibility
It is the customer's responsibility to:
Provide correct name, address and contact information
Secure access to the delivery location
Pick up the package on time at the parcel shop
Packages that are not picked up will be returned to sender, and any return and reshipment costs may be charged to the customer.
Damage and complaints
Visible damage to the package must be reported as soon as possible and no later than 2 business days after receipt.
Complaints are processed in accordance with DAO's applicable shipping conditions.
Delays and force majeure
We cannot be held responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to weather conditions, strikes, government intervention or carrier system failures.
International shipping
Shipments are sent from Germany (EU country) to Denmark.
No customs or import duties are imposed for Danish customers, as the shipment takes place within the EU.
Delivery is handled by DAO in accordance with their current shipping conditions.
