A clinical dose is the amount of an ingredient that has been used in scientific studies and shown to have an effect. Many supplements use much lower doses to save money, we don't.
Our capsules are made from plant-based cellulose. However, the Omega 3 capsule is made from gelatin from cattle.
Yes, in most cases our products can be combined. If you are in doubt, or are taking medication, you should consult your doctor.
