Made from 100% sardines

Our omega-3 is made exclusively from sardines, small, fast-growing fish that live low in the food chain and primarily feed on plankton. Fish low in the food chain naturally accumulate fewer environmental toxins than large predatory fish higher up in the food chain. This makes sardines a suitable and natural source of omega-3.

Our oil is third-party tested for purity and complies with EU limits for heavy metals and environmental toxins. And it is highly concentrated!
